This is the first time we decide to have our lawn serviced in over 10 years. After speaking with various companies, we made our decision. We recently had an issue where weeds were not dying after treatment. After one phone call, there was a technician out to evaluate our site along with a follow up call. For 11 years, I did my own Scotts granular feeding. I wasn’t too happy with the results every year. So I had Scotts do one of their treatments, but I didn’t see any difference. Then this year, I tried Simply the Best to see if it makes any difference. Well, the first time I saw little difference. Then I called back stating that the weeds are still there after two weeks. So they came back for a free retreatment since that is their guarantee. That’s when I noticed a difference on the lawn. So now they come about once every four or five weeks and I don’t see any weeds like I used to. I would recommend them as they use liquid spray which is more effective than granular feeding.
