I watched the technician arrive, walk the perimeter of my property and dash away in under 3 min. He skimped on product and completely missed both sides of my driveway. I tried to catch him, but he was gone. I called and got more promises, but no resolution. I called after 1 season and even that was handled poorly. My advice is keep looking.

Hi Jesse, Unfortunately I can't confirm with the technician that this happened as he is not sure. However, as you know mistakes are made in business and in life. What I would like to do is come out and assess your situation and take care of any problems. My goal is to have happy customers and we will do what is needed to achieve this. IF I could give 0 stars I would. I received a mailing from this company and called to be removed from their mailing list. I reached the most rude person imaginable to just ask to be removed and he hung up on me. I immediately called back because I couldn’t believe that someone was outrageous and rude enough to do that. He picked up the phone again and I asked him if he had actually hung up on me and he said, “Yeah. What, do you want to have a conversation? You asked me to take you off the list.” I asked how could he if i never gave him my address. He said that all he needed was my phone number.Whether true or not, if he owns that company, he should be avoided if that nasty attitude is the first impression you get. If he doesn’t own it, then his boss should know who’s representing his company. I will never use them and I want everyone else to know what kind of discourteous place it is.

I apologize that one of our employees was rude to you like you described, that is simply unacceptable. I checked our records (we record all phone calls for training purposes) and was able to find out who you spoke spoke with so I could address the issue.
