This also includes FREE crabgrass service calls during the summer as long as both crabgrass pre-emergent treatments were applied in the spring.

Keep in mind that broadleaf weeds are sprayed as needed during each treatment, but it is normal to see small amounts of new weeds in between treatments.  Broadleaf weeds germinate every day, and despite what some companies might tell you, there’s no way to prevent broadleaf weeds from germinating – they must be targeted after they come up!

Yes.  Once the treatments have dried, the lawn is then safe for re-entry.  On a bright sunny day this can be as short as 20-30 minutes.  On a more moist or overcast day, this may take 1-2 hours.

We are licensed by the DEP and only use products that are DEP-approved.  Safety is paramount to our company culture and all of our technicians undergo extensive training on proper product handling and are licensed to use these products by the state. 

All products we use come with DEP safety labels, and the label is the law.  We are always happy to provide a product label upon request.
